The idea is that it’s somehow “satirizing” the anti-rape safety advice for women.
Of course, satire requires both actual humor and actually making a point about the thing supposedly being satirized. What they always fail to get is that empowering women to help protect themselves is not the same as blaming them for being raped. What these morons want is for women to be seen as completely blameless victims, and women taking responsibility for their own safety conflicts with that narrative, even while they whine about how women are afraid to walk alone at night.
In short they’re in favor of any solution to the problem that doesn’t involve treating women like adults.
