If anon thinks the feminist label is more important than positivity for boys then they should re-evaluate their priorities and values.

boy-positive:

I think since the website has stepped into Social Justice territory, labels have become somewhat the only thing Tumblrites care about, instead of actions and words of support towards anything (gender politics, politics, lgbt rights and so on).

You can support boys and men and not be a feminist/an MRA.
You can be for men’s rights and not be an MRA, you can be for women’s rights and not be a feminist.
You can be a guy and not be an MRA, you can be a woman and not be a feminist ( Someone on Youtube told me women and feminism were synonymous, and me including other people replying were in a state of bafflement ).

Definitions and labels don’t matter, facts and actions do
. We post plenty of ressources for men and boys, whether it is for self-care, health, domestic abuse, suicide, or simply books/movies/contents that are boy-positive.
If you (read: any reader, not the OP) care more about our mod descriptions than the content of this blog, I don’t think you understand what we are doing here.
