The US Trans Survey is officially open for business. So if you are a transgender/gender non-conforming person (of any variety!), please take a moment to take the survey! And whether you are trans or not, please share the link. Accurate data around trans/gender non-conforming folks is a big deal for pushing for inclusive and equal policies, access to healthcare and social services, and convincing the world that we are here and matter. You can help.
So, here is a chance for trans (and nonbinary!!) visibility in a big way.
If you choose to do the survey, you need to be 18 or older. You should plan for this to take at least 30 minutes of your time; if you haven’t got time for it now: it will be online until September 21.
I feel obligated to warn everyone–so that no one will be taken by surprise–that this survey contains several questions about abuse, suicide, experiences as a trans person with police and doctors, and experiences with transphobia in general.
