but what if pearl’s gem was lapis lazuli, and lapis’s gem was a pearl???

take from this au what you will, i just really wanted to swap their gems. since pearl’s gem is on her forehead, she cant really have water wings so a trident she wields instead (she still has hydrokenisis tho). 

also lapis’s wings are a hologram, much like holo-pearl. they still work fine. 

(even though i swapped their gem’s i still refer to them as their original gem names, because otherwise it would just be way too confusing)
