As a trans person I want to just say

Being trans is so over glorified
It’s not all pride parades and flower crowns
It’s terrifying
It’s depressing
It makes you want to physically rip your skin off
It makes people laugh at you
It makes no one want to date you
Trans is normal and okay but it’s nothing to romanticize or fantasize about. It’s tearing my life apart and I’m sick of people talking about how they ‘think trans is cute’ or act like they’re heros for saying they would date a trans person
People online talk like this but the minute I step out of my house I have to fear for my physical and mental health/well being
