• Remember that most of the people on tumblr who like to make generalizations about the evils of men have no idea what it’s actually like to be one. They aren’t making an effort to understand you as a man either, so their opinions mean nothing.
• While they’re often shouted at or shouted over, remember that there are people in your corner.
• You are not a monster or a menace simply because you’re a boy.
• There is nothing entitled about wanting love, encouragement, acknowledgement, or a sense of belonging.
