Why is that okay!? Well, I’ll tell ya: Hetero to hetero, because straights tend NOT to have their sexuality be involved in debates on whether or not it is right or wrong. Because hetero people have NEVER been denied marriage or rights just because they’re straight. Yeah I’m a heteroromantic ace-spec but literally nobody said that I was wrong for experiencing opposite sex romantic and occasional sexual attraction, nor would I ever be looked down apon for liking guys. This is called privilege and straight people tend to have those kind of privileges.
That doesn’t mean it’s ok to hate straight people? It’s never ok to hate someone over their sexuality. Ever. It’s not ok to dismiss someone’s opinions/ideas/thoughts because of their sexuality.
