14 year old girl on Tumblr, feminist and self-proclaimed expert on all men: Girls, you should stay away from this one. Men like this have sociopathic and violent tendencies. If you let them, they will abuse you until you have a near death experience and they will do it over again. They have no empathy nor feelings. They’re always the ones who treat women like crap. I’m warning you. Stay away.
This post is very boring so here’s a recipe for a boiled egg:
What you need:
-a small saucepan
-a quart of water
-an egg
Steps:
-Put the quart of water into the saucepan
-set the stove to medium high
-bring the water to a boil
-place the egg in the boiling water
(Depending on how well you want your eggs you can leave them in there for 3-5 minutes for “over easy” boiled eggs, 10-15 minutes for well done, and 15+ for grey coated yolks)
-take of the stove after desired boiling time
-drain the hot water and douse with cold water
-remove the shell and voila, you’ve got a delicious boiled egg

P.S: If you want to ensure that your egg yolks don’t become grey, you put the egg in the saucepan BEFORE you add the water and boil it. Once you fill it with water, bring it to a boil on high heat. Once it’s boiling remove the eggs from the heat and cover the saucepan.
Soft boiled: leave it for around 5/6 minutes
Hard boiled: 10/15 minutes
Drain the saucepan and drop the eggs in an ice bath for five minutes to completely stop the cooking process. When that’s done, lightly tap the eggs on a surface to make it easier to peel.
