•EggsI’m… not sure how much credence I would put into this list. My dosages aren’t particularly high (100 spiro and 2 E daily when I last ran my bloodwork), my T is effectively nonexistent, my E is well within cis female ranges and climbing, and my diet literally includes 4 cloves of garlic and a bit of cabbage every day, cauliflower, red grapes and mushrooms regularly, and bananas were specifically recommended by my hormone doc for potassium without interference.
