In Texas “he needed killin’” is still a viable defense
Sometimes, Texas makes sense to me.
Texas is one of those places that only makes sense in the extremes. Because everything there is designed in preparation for the extreme.
FUCK YEAH TEXAS!!

“Sir, as your attorney, I must ask, why did you kill that man?”
“Wouldn’t you?”
“You have a point.”
Two wrongs doesnt make a right, if you commit murder you should be punished accordingly
I think he should still be charged.
It’s still murder. Just because you kill a killer doesn’t mean you’re justified. The law applies to everyone. If don’t think it does you’re part of the problem.
My guy I literally do not care. He raped a 5 year old and swift death came upon him through that child’s father, Im cool with this my friendo.
I would be cool if I was in jail and not killing people. I don’t like murders and I don’t know why you think someone murdering someone else is cool. You’re quick to turn a blind eye but justice shouldn’t.
My guy he raped a five year old I dont have to say anything else. that’s my entire argument and rebuttal, I will reply with that every time because he raped a fucking five year old.
Yeah cause there’s no actual reason why he shouldn’t be charged. He violated this mans constitutional rights to a fair trial. He deserved jail time.
He literally caught the man in the act. Lethal force is allowed to stop rape.
Self defense and defense of others is ok.
If someone was raping you or your 5 year they should just get popcorn and wait until they are done?
@just-another-bi you would have a point if this was a man who went after the rapist in some kind of vigilante justice kind of situation. It’s not. He caught the rapist in the act and protected his daughter. That’s considered defense of others, is not legally murder.
