You do need dysphoria to be trans, without it you won’t actually feel the gratitude for getting the first shot etc etc, also if you have all the surgeries, why’d you do it? Because you were trans? How would explain how you feel to a doctor to even be thought of getting T or estrogen? You have to have a disconection to your body in some way, who knows maybe you could have dysphoria once and then years pass and it comes back. Either way, to know your trans either way (ftm/mtf) you have to have dysphoria.
